Returns and shipping policy

T&C’s for returning and exchanging with Native Wear

If you change your mind about any items purchased with Native Wear you can return them to us within 7 days of the order being delivered to you, provided:
The items are unworn and unwashed and there are no signs of transfer of any make-up, or other stains therefore, return the items exactly how you received them.

The Items have all tags attached and are returned with correct despatch and order information.

We will refund the price that you paid for the Items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you purchased the items. The refund will also take off the cost of returning the items to us. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items.

Returning an item:

Return via your chosen method, allow 10 days for your parcel to make it back to our warehouse and a further 3-5 for your refund to reach your account.

We make returns super easy for our customers to follow these simple steps to get your refund or exchange:

1. The returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return on your returns note and ensure the swing tag and condition of the items are still intact and how you found them when they arrived at you. Returns aren’t free however, we provide a label with our address on it to make it quick and easy to drop off at any local post office back to us.
Lost your returns note, print a new one. Or email us at: info@nativewear.co.za and we can help you.

2. Return your items in the original packaging (where possible), with all the swing tags still attached. We’re unable to accept returns for any damaged items or items with our swing tag removed.

3. All you need to do is place all items you want to return along with the order note in the resealable box or envelope your package came in with the returns label already provided (found attached on the order form).

Please ensure you keep proof of return or tracking number as we will need this if there are issues with your return.
